Depending on your use of the Site, your mode of inquiry and communication with us, and/or your availment of the Service (such as when inquiring, registering an account and/or logging into our Site), you may be asked to provide us with certain information. Identity and Profile Data,  which may include your name, date of birth, gender, username and password, email address, contact number, residential address or business address, whichever is applicable, resume, identification documents (i.e. driver’s license, passport, certificate of incorporation, etc.), your interests, and any personal data in any photographs or videos or audio recordings that you upload onto the Site; 
  2. Account and Transaction Data, which may include your credit card details, bank account details, bank statements, delivery/ billing address, payments and orders to and from you, and other details of services that you have availed of through the Site;

Usage Data, including information about how and when you use the Site including,  the Internet Protocol (“IP”) address of your device, the domain name and host from which you accessed the Internet (e.g., example.com), the IP address of your computer, your browser software and operating system, the date and time you access the Site and the Internet address of any web site from which you linked directly to our Site or to which you link after visiting our Site, Device information (such as hardware model and serial number, IP address, file names and versions and advertising identifiers or any information that may provide indication of device or app modification); location information via geotargeting;  and

Marketing and Communications Data, which may include your interests, survey responses, preferences in receiving marketing materials from us and your communication preferences, your preferences for particular products or services, as well as your feedback, chat, email or call history on the Site or with third party service providers.


We use the term “aggregate” when we combine information from various persons or users.

Information is said to be “anonymized” if it does not identify individual persons or entities or associate a particular person or entity with such information.

If you visit our Website or Web Application to browse, we automatically collect, process, and store your Personal Information in our system. We will keep your information for the aforementioned purposes and for any legal and proprietary purposes for a period necessary for us to perform our services, and/or while your Inna Circle account is still active or has not been deleted by you.

Cookies

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of other websites. When you link to another website, you are subject to the privacy policy of that website. We encourage you to be aware when you are leaving our site and to review any applicable privacy policies before you disclose your personal information to third parties. We do not try to control, and disclaim responsibility for, information provided by other users or third-parties that is made available through our site. Such information may contain errors, intentional or otherwise, or may be offensive, inappropriate or inaccurate, and in some cases may be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. Inna Circle uses services provided by third-party service providers, e.g., Google Cloud Platform. You may wish to review their privacy policies as well.

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT AND REMOVAL OF YOUR INFORMATION FROM OUR RECORDS

By using our website or web application, you consent to this Privacy Policy. Your consent for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data will remain valid until such time it is being withdrawn by you in writing. You may withdraw consent and request us to stop using and/or disclosing your personal data for any or all of the purposes listed above by submitting your request in writing or via email to our Data Protection Officer at admin@theinnacircle.com.

Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require reasonable time (depending on the complexity of the request and its impact on our relationship with you) for your request to be processed and for us to notify you of the consequences of us acceding to the same, including any legal consequences which may affect your rights and liabilities to us. In general, we shall seek to process your request within ten (10) business days of receiving it.

In withdrawing your consent, please note that we may not be in a position to continue providing our services to you and we shall, in such circumstances, notify you before completing the processing of your request. Should you decide to cancel your withdrawal of consent, please inform us in writing in the manner described above.

Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose personal data where such collection, use and disclose without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws.
