As of the moment, our system can allow you to book a case session up to 10 hours.
We are doing it as soon as possible! But given that the qualified childminders will undergo a series of screenings and preparations, we can not rush the process. But be updated via our social media posts (IG, FB..) and be in the loop of what’s latest in our services.
Yes! Inna Circle provides flexible and on-demand childminders for various events such as business meetings, conferences, or family gatherings. Simply share the details of your event with us, and we will assign a childminder who suits your needs.
We’re working hard to build a trusted team of qualified childminders who can provide the level of care and support that children with special needs deserve. While our selection process is ongoing, we currently have limited availability for bookings that require advanced support.
If your child requires specialized care, please don’t hesitate to message us directly — we’ll do our best to assist and keep you updated as our network grows.
Our current bookable hours are daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, subject to availability. If you require childminding services outside of these hours, feel free to send us a message — we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
We may be able to accept bookings made with less than 24 hours’ notice, depending on childminder availability. Please note that an urgent booking fee will apply to help cover the additional effort required to coordinate last-minute care.
We currently serve cities within Metro Manila. If you’re located outside the Metro, feel free to contact us at hello@theinnacircle.com. While we can’t guarantee availability, we’ll be happy to check if there’s a childminder in your area and will do our best to assist where possible.
Inna Circle childminders go through a thorough selection process before joining our roster. We review their qualifications, experience, and skills through CV screening and interviews. A trusted third-party security agency then conducts background checks to verify their identity and information.
Next, they attend an onboarding session where their skills and commitment are evaluated. They also complete an Emergency Response Training with the Philippine Red Cross and participate in various trainings and seminars to help them provide the best care.
We trust them because they commit to this rigorous process and continually work to improve their skills.
The amount depends on the kind of service that you need for your children. Book your schedule for quotation.
We offer services for children aged 1 year old and above. Additionally, we have a limited number of childminders experienced with newborn care. Please let us know in advance if your child is under 1 year old, and we will check availability.
Please note: Inna Circle is a matching platform that connects families with independent childminders. While we carefully screen our childminders to help you find the right match, the childminders are independent contractors who provide their services directly to you.
Because of this, Inna Circle cannot be responsible for any incidents or situations that may happen during a childminding session. We encourage families to ensure a safe environment during childminding sessions and to disclose all relevant information necessary for their child’s safety.

Cancellations and rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, a cancellation fee will apply. You can easily manage cancellations or rescheduling directly through your account on our platform.
To confirm your booking, the payment must be completed within 12 hours of placing the booking. If payment is not received within this time frame, the system will automatically cancel your booking. Please make sure to complete the payment promptly to secure your childminder for the scheduled session.
Yes! Inna Circle offers long-term childcare packages with a discounted rate. The booking must be a minimum of 7 days, with the sessions valid for up to 30 days from the first booking date. We aim to provide flexibility for parents, allowing you to book multiple sessions that fit your schedule, ensuring peace of mind while your little one is in safe hands.
Yes, you can extend your child’s care session! If you need more time, you can pay an additional PHP 250 per hour directly to the childminder. Please note, the extension will only be confirmed once the childminder agrees to the extended time. Make sure to communicate this with the childminder in advance to ensure availability.

During each care session, your childminder will engage your child in age-appropriate activities designed to promote learning, creativity, and fun. Activities may include arts and crafts, educational games, playtime, story reading, and more. Basic care such as feeding, nap time, and hygiene will also be taken care of.

After completing the booking form, you’ll be redirected to our payment gateway to finalize your booking. We accept payments via GCash or bank transfer.

Life happens. We get it. You can cancel your care session in the booking history page in the app. All cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund within 1 business day. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, a cancellation fee will apply
We know that you find it annoying having to fill-up forms and the back and forth emails between you and The Inna Circle can be time consuming.
